“I knew I was walking into something special when I asked Nancy to capture some maternity images of me and my two girls. I wanted someone who could capture the beauty of motherhood and the miracle of carrying life. She took the little I had to bring to the table, and to use my Mother’s words, she turned it into poetry. My girls were slightly timid at first but Nancy was playful and gentle and kept it fun the entire time. She was quick to switch direction if something wasn’t working and professionally focused when giving guidance and feedback with poses. She made us feel like ourselves in front of the camera and therefore captured exactly who we are. Giggles, smirks, quirks, and all.
