are three key words for this years event. This annual food raiser has become an amazing community event.
Giving to our community, giving back, service, gratitude, and meeting amazing new people! Thank you to all that participated, it was great fun!
This year we were at Mary S. Young Park, it was an amazing location to gather and photograph, the fall colors were fabulous.
I’d love to share a few fun facts about those that participated over the weekend…
13 Fur Friends (dogs) and 3 of which were the cutest puppies under 13 weeks
67 Humans participated.. YES Sixty SEVEN!
Ages ranged from Zero (yes a preganant woman) to Ninety FOUR years old, how amazing is that?
Four Assistants helped me greatly over the weekend.
8 pots of coffee, unknown hot cocoa, lots of hot tea, and FOOD galore was consumed.
One memory card corrupted. Yes, you read it correctly. Thank you to the six kind and gracious families.
At last… we raised 800 lbs of food at the Fifth Annual Portrait Food Raiser!
Last year we raised 620 lbs, the year prior 435, WOW, JUST WOW. Well done everyone!!!
Total in 5 years over 2500lbs, The West Linn Food Pantry was pleased filling the pick up with donated foods!
